"Eileen is great to work with! She really spent time to consult with us and worked with us through every step of the process. She is super knowledgable about the area and is extremely professional as well!"

"Eileen Seaman was Super friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, and caring. I would use her again for any real estate needs. She was proactive and negotiated on my behalf"

"Eileen helped me find a rental. I’m from the West Coast and did not know the area at all. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She always got back to me immediately answering all my questions. Great service all around. I would highly recommend her."

"Moving from NY, I knew absolutely nothing about NJ. Eileen was incredibly helpful from day 1. She never pressured us to make a decision and I never felt like she was in a rush to get the process over with. I felt like she prioritized what we wanted without compromising. I would absolutely work with Eileen again in the future.Mtorres704"

"I wish all agents can be like Eileen! She is incredibly knowledgeable about the marketplace and literally responds a minute after you send her an email. She worked really hard to find some options for us even when we weren’t sure of our plans. A terrific person!"

"Knowledgeable, trustworthy and she makes you feel like family while in the process of house hunting. So grateful to have you as our realtor and helping us find the house of our dreams. Thank you Eileen!’"

"A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Eileen is truly one of the best, honest and hard-working agents. I felt at ease with Eileen from our first phone call and felt my family’s personal interests were well protected. Eileen listens to your needs and opinions and offers her expert advice. She also responds quickly and provides honest communication even after the transaction! Eileen’s strong knowledge of the market and her incredible kindness also make her a stand out. Eileen comes with much heartfelt recommendation."

"We just closed on our waterfront dream home in long beach island. We have worked with many realtors over the years in securing our primary and secondary residence and enjoyed working with Eileen best. She is knowledgeable, highly responsive and measured. The market was very difficult to navigate during Covid and she made it happen. She helped us work through some very difficult decisions during the negotiation process. We found other realtors we worked with at times to be quite pushy, unresponsive and seemingly less interested in what was best for our family and more interested in just closing a deal. Highly recommend working with her. She was a pleasure to work with."

"Eileen was very helpful as we tried to move in a pandemic. She took us to see numerous houses until we found the right one in the right place. We started with a vague notion of where we wanted to live. She was willing to take us out to see places and get a feel for what the different areas were like. She was patient when we were broad and helpful as we began to narrow our search. She sent us houses to look at online and made suggestions when we were lost. Once we found the house we wanted she was there for every step in the process and knew the answers to our questions."

"Eileen was Amazing! She went above and beyond in helping us find the right home for our family. We didn’t have the easiest schedules and Eileen was always accommodating meeting us in off hours or sometimes late at night. She was always on time and extremely thorough when walking us through houses. I highly recommend Eileen if you are in the market for a fantastic realtor.

"Eileen has been amazing to work with. She has a very pleasant personality and is always present and available when you have a question of any sort (no matter day or time of the day). She is helping you to navigate all the steps along the way from the very beginning of looking at houses through inspection, contracting, and contractor follow-ups to the very end at the closing. She has been a step ahead of me every part of the journey and letting me know what is coming up which was a huge help given the complexity of a house purchase. She had a solid network of partners (mortgage companies, inspectors, real estate attorneys, roofers etc.) that she allowed me to tap into that were already vetted which was a tremendous help for me since each of them ended up being excellent as well. I realize that this almost sounds like a commercial for Eileen, but the truth is that I am so pleased with how she helped me that I can’t say enough good things about her. I will definitely recommend her if you are looking for a realtor."

"Eileen was incredibly helpful when we moved from NYC to Bergen County. She was willing to scope out apartments and video chat with us because we couldn’t be at the apartment viewing. She was very responsive during the whole process and kept us updated on the status of our rental application daily. Thanks to Eileen we have a beautiful home to hunker down in for the foreseeable future."

"I’ve dealt with agents before - none of which have gone to bat for me in a way that Eileen and her colleagues at The Gill Group did. I was in the thick of the market being gobbled up by New Yorkers fleeing the city during this pandemic and I was just a local girl trying to buy and not rent. Finding something that could fit my needs in my price range in what I consider my hometown where my kids have gone to school since 1st grade, was looking grim. Eileen’s colleague sold my condo so fast that moving quickly suddenly became front and center and Eileen was all over it. She would text me all hours to make sure I got a foot in the door as options were moving so fast. She dropped everything to make sure I got in to see properties immediately and I am so grateful. I am in my home now 6mos and I should say I’m in heaven. I’m around friends and familiar faces and my kids are back home in the schools they love. Thank you Eileen for all you’ve done for me and my family - it will never be forgotten!!"

"Eileen is great to work with! She was so helpful in finding a home for us with which we were happy. She was always available to look into listings that we saw, set up the arrangements, and go from viewing to viewing with us until we were satisfied. She put in a lot of time for us, and she was patient through the process. I would definitely recommend Eileen!"

"Eileen exceeded our expectations in many ways in our home buying process. She is extremely knowledgeable, listened to our feedback, and helped us to find the perfect beach home for our family. She knows the market well and is a true professional In her field. I highly recommend using Eileen to help you find your perfect home too!"

"Eileen could not have been easier or more pleasant to work with! She was available by text at all hours and was always happy to help with anything that we needed as we purchased our house. She made sure that we got appointments immediately at any house that we wanted to see and was ready at the drop of a hat to supervise various inspections that we needed. Eileen was by far the most helpful and professional person that we worked with throughout the home buying process."

"Eileen was instrumental in assisting us with purchasing our home and connecting us with the right individuals to make every step comfortable. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and hard working. I Highly recommend Eileen from The Gill Group for all of your home buying needs."

"Eileen was wonderful to work with. She did not push us towards any property just gave us information and encouraged us to do what we thought was right. When we did find the home we wanted to buy she was VERY helpful in the bid process. We would not have been able to get the house we did without Eileen’s expertise on the area and market.

"Eileen was amazing!! We switched realtors in the middle of our home buying process because we had lost out on home after home for almost 6 months, and we felt our realtor’s contingencies, local expertise, and network were not what we needed to get an offer approved in this sellers market. With Eileen, we closed on a home in 1 month of working together, beating 30 offers to finally get a home. We are convinced that we would not have won the offer if it was not for Eileen’s guidance, expertise, and overall strategy in a highly competitive market. Eileen was super responsive, easy to communicate with, and overall a delightful person to be around. We could not recommend Eileen more, as her work has marked a major milestone in our life as first-time homebuyers."

"Eileen was really really helpful and understanding to my needs. I’m so happy I had someone like her helping me find a home. She did anything possible to help me and find me an apartment"
